These kids wings have two elastic loops to be worn around the shoulders and one loop on the end of each wing for fingers.
The wings measure 45" in width (from wing to wing) and 18" in height (from top to bottom). With this in mind, I am assuming anyone with a height of 48" and below it should fit fine.
The fabric is chiffon and very lightweight to float with movement. One side is more pigmented than the other, but the fabric is fairly translucent, so it offers a nice effect when the fabric moves.
